One-on-One Mentorship
This is where we really go deep. In these sessions we work together to heal trauma, connect to yourself, build the life you want, tap into your creativity, learn yoga philosophy and how it applies to your life, or any other goal you want to work on. I will help you do this by giving you self awareness practices for all layers of your being, which are called the koshas; physical/body layer (annamaya kosha), breath/energy layer (pranamaya kosha), intellectual mind layer (manomaya kosha), wisdom layer (vijnanamaya kosha) and the soul/bliss layer (anandamaya kosha). This type of mentorship is my passion. We will meet at minimum one hour a week for 6 months minimum. You have to be consistent and give these practices time to change your life.
