About the Retreat
Seeking Goddesses to embark with us on a divine feminine energy healing retreat at Rainbow River Springs. Gather for an intimate deep dive into your feminine energy and work on transmuting pain into power & sisterhood. Immerse yourself in nature and the healing waters of a natural spring. Enjoy this serene environment with kayaking, yoga, nature walks, breathwork, art, meditation, embodiment workshops, and mindfully home-cooked meals.
Arrive Friday, October 11th after 3pm and leave Monday, October 14th.
We highly encourage bringing a friend as there are three bedrooms with queen beds. If you bring a friend, the price is $1,666 for each person sharing a room/bed. If you want a room to yourself, the price is $2,222.
What you get
We welcome you to 3 nights and 2 full days at the Rainbow River Retreat house in Dunnellon, Florida!
Our journey will begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart chakra, set intentions for the weekend, and allow us to connect with our new and familiar sisters alike!
Daily activities on Saturday and Sunday will consist of:
♡ Morning meditation & breathwork
♡ Mindful guided movement including yoga, intuitive flow and dance to get the energy moving
♡ Light and wholesome breakfast
♡ A daily excursion in nature: kayaking on Rainbow River or a nature walk in Rainbow River State park and swimming at the springhead
♡ A nourishing lunch to fuel activities
♡ Decompression / quiet time to integrate
♡ A mala making workshop that is both meditative and creative by nature. Created with traditional holy wood and gemstone beads chosen specifically to connect to your divine feminine energy, you will leave with a fininished mala necklace to use in your own personal practice
♡ A hearty homecooked dinner (all meals are vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options)
♡ Community time around the fire & time to connect with like minded goddesses who are on a transformative journey with you! Sunday night we will have a closing cord-cutting ceremony to celebrate our time together and release any further ties holding us back from embracing our divine goddess selves!
